What was your favorite nutrition game that you played today? Why? What did you learn?

    I liked the catapult game because you have to catapult the super food, healthy food, and trash or bad food. I learned that some foods may look like good foods but if you check the nutrition facts they might be bad foods.

    My favorite nutrition game today was Blast off! It was my favorite because it was really challenging for you to put the right food in the right category. I learned that fruit and vegetables are the best source of energy when you want to get active.

    my favorite game that i played to day was cooking mama on the DS because you get to make the food and i learned that there is a lot of food that i didn't know about that is good for you and it looks very fun to make. there was a lot of other fun games that i learned from today.

    The one that when you biald a rocket with the right nutrients and energy.I liked it because it shows you what you need in your body to get a lot of energy.I learned that you need a lot of foods from the food pyriment to get energized.

    I'm Daniel and i will be going to 8th grade.
    And my favorite nutrition game was energy in and out it was very interesting knowing that you can lose weight by typing watching TV and resting. And i found that to be very cool which is why that is my favorite game...

    my favorite nutrition game that i played today would be the biggest loser because you can do more then one thing. like ... you can see how to make foods that are healthy for you and since i like to cook i thought that that was really neat and enteresting.You can see how many calaries those foods are, how fat they are, how many carbs are in it and more !!!! What i learned was how many caliaries are in certain foods and how much fat there is and how much carb.s. and trans fat and more. I also learned more reason to extersize and how much I myself know about nutriton by taking a quiz to see how much i actually knew.

    my favorite nutrition game today was the 5 a day pac man sort of game. it is good unlike the other games. You learn what fruit and vegtibles and it try's to make you stay away from most junk foods and sodas.

    My favorite game that I played today is the dole vending machine game. even though it wasn't very fun, it was better than the other ones that i played. what you were supposed to do is catch the junk food and put it in the trash, and catch the dole food and give it to you friends. the worst part was that there were only 3 levels!!!!!!!!!!!!

  11. hiba 6th My favorite nutrition game was cooking mama.I liked it because it was about cooking.I like cooking a lot.I also liked it because you get to cook and make things you never made.I learned that it is not good to always eat unhealthy foods.I learned that you can eat unhealthy foods only once a while.I learned that you can eat something like ice cream once or twice a week.

    energy in and energy out meter why because you could make the stick figure run and walk and wash the car i learned that if you eat a 8oz cheese burger and a large coke with chips that is 1600 calories and how long it takes to burn that is like 896 hours to burn that and that is equivalent to 50,000 steps thats only if you are watching tv walking is less hours watching tv is the highest walking would be only 162 hours
